I really enjoyed the morning "on all fours" workout. It stretches the whole body so well! I’m still a bit unstable in the single-leg exercise, so I held onto a chair — but it felt amazing. Thank you!
I measured my body before starting and again after a month of your program using a body composition scale. Fat percentage dropped by 2% in arms, legs, and overall. My lower back pain also decreased. Stretching is very effective if done three times a week consistently.
Nelechka, this workout is wonderful 😊. The main part systematically works the spine, increasing range of motion in twists. My lower back feels so much freer now. And the relaxation-meditation at the end is just what I needed 🙏🙏🙏. Thank you.
